My second book, Biopsychosocial approaches to managing fibromyalgia

My second book picks up where my first one left off and goes in depth about lifestyle changes that will reverse most of your fibromyalgia symptoms and get you back to living a normal life.

Rob’s principles for living with fibromyalgia: My third manuscript (incomplete) my compilation of positive actions to defeat illness. I rigid lifestyle approach written from a firm business stance on success.

Learning to live again with fibromyalgia: My fourth manuscript (incomplete) For the beginner who struggles with the how-to’s and the why’s of lifestyle changes that become mandatory. Also looks at coping, the 5 stages of grieving, and acceptance.

Staying one step ahead of disease with diet: My mission statement about learning how to eat with illness (incomplete). This looks at a well rounded approach to goal building in the face of illness that leads to wellness.

In my Ph.D. Program with a focus on health psychology, I have written dozens of doctoral level research papers, all focused on psychology and diseases.
